Experience

  • 1–2 Years of relevant experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle emails, couriers, and office correspondence
  • Maintain office files and basic administrative records
  • Support day-to-day office activities and coordination

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
